Returns Policy

Easy Returns on all our products. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for orders placed through the Pringmas Official Website.

This Return Policy only applies to orders made through www.bumbupringmas.com.

If there are signs of a manufacturing defect on an item that you have purchased or if you find that the product is not compatible with your order, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Please note that the product will be in the exact same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

*Purchases made through the Pringmas Official Website cannot be exchanged at any of the pop-up shops as they are handled by a different management.

FREE Gift

The free gift for Buy 1 Get 1 Free & Free Gift Tier must be sent back for all Return for Refund requests.

Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/refund. Any product received as a Free Gift is not eligible for Cash Returns/Vouchers/Exchanges.

You can select one of the following restore options:

Exchange your item for a different size OR a full refund to your original mode of payment. Any defects please return to us within 1 (ONE) month from the date of delivery or any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained.

No Bullshit Return Policy

Items you wish to return must be sent to us 30 days from the date you received your order. We accept returns online by post/walk in during office hours for Pringmas Return Centers.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return. To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in its original packaging (Please make sure not to throw away any packing material). Return approval must be obtained by sending a request to agrotama_abadi@yahoo.com

Once approved, you will receive a return address.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 – 15 business days, excluding delivery times, while stocks last.

Note that there is a possibility that we may have run out of stock of the product you wish to exchange by the time we receive your return and we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange to another available product.

Return shipping tracking is under the responsibility of the courier provider appointed by the customer & the customer to ensure it reaches the Pringmas Return Center. Any return shipment that is lost falls under the customer’s designated courier provider, provided that tracking is not available and there is no available evidence that it reached the Pringmas Return Center.

Important information

In order to protect all of our customers and ensure that we handle any returns or exchanges with fairness, we refuse to accept returns or exchanges in certain situations, including:

  • Product damaged by misuse, misuse or improper neglect, or accident (including any pet/pet damage.)
  • Product is lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster.
  • Products are returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
  • Products found are not in accordance with Pringmas’ Return/Exchange/Refund policy.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is only available for the same size and type of seasoning. Exchange for a different product is strictly not allowed.

Valid for returns and exchanges in case of “wrong seasoning” or “defective upon receipt”.

Please do not throw away any packing materials and ensure that they are returned in the same condition as when you received them.

Pringmas reserves the right not to accept any return requests that do not meet our standard return policy.

If the desired item or seasoning is out of stock, the customer can choose to exchange it for another seasoning (subject to stock availability) or choose for a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated while placing your order.

  • Vast majority of returns take about 15 Business Days for us to get your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
  • Return for Refund will only paid via original payment method.
  • International Shipping Refund only applicable via credit card that originally used to place the order earlier, bank transfer is not applicable.

Please note:

Pringmas has the right to compensate/change/return undelivered goods that fail to reach the customer within 60 days after the order is placed as deemed appropriate by Pringmas.

Pringmas has the right to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not arrived at our location, or has not received prior approval to deliver the item to the return address.

Please ensure that the refund details provided are correct and complete.

Returns via express courier are not recommended as the Return Center is not open to the public.

Each self-delivery/walking back to the Pringmas Return Box will take 1-2 working days for Return Center processing.

Discount codes cannot be reissued and cannot be returned. If you return an item purchased using a discount code, only the final payment amount (after the discount) will be refunded.
